User Data Deletion Request

💡 Key Information: Lumina Studio values your privacy. The vast majority of our games and the LuminaRead application store your data exclusively on your own device. We do not maintain server-side personal accounts.
1. Erasing Local Device Data (Instant)
To immediately clear all progress, local scores, and settings:
- Open your device's Settings > Apps > [Select Lumina Game / LuminaRead].
- Tap Storage > Clear Data.
- Or simply uninstall the app. All local data will be permanently purged.
2. Requesting Deletion of Online Support Records
To permanently erase any support tickets, email communications, or diagnostic traces sent to us:
